Promaker LD-10

Is a compact 3D printer for high precision production.

Prodways ProMaker LD-10 is a new 3D printer for high precision production aimed primarily at the dental industry through a compact format at a lower price. The machine is equipped with Digital Light Processing, DLP® reminiscent of stereolithography, SLA, but also features the revolutionary and patented MOVINGLight® developed by Prodways and significantly higher productivity.

MOVINGLight® technology is based on moving light with powerful UVA LEDs along with DLP technology where the projection is moved over the surface with light-sensitive resin using a projection that gives a larger projection and distribution, which provides a much faster printout.

The UVA LED lights in MOVINGLight® provide a more concentrated light source, with a wavelength of 365nm, unlike other DLP machines, usually around 405nm.

In this way, a very detailed exposure with high resolution over a large area creates down to a tenth of the time what an SLA printer can do.

This technique is well suited to the dental industry, tools and the jewellery industry, where high demands are made on detail and fine, even surfaces. Examples can be molds for implants, models as well as guides for complicated surgical procedures where high precision demands are particularly important. Prototypes with high accuracy requirements are also very suitable for this technique.
